齐格勒-纳塔催化剂催化苯乙烯淤浆预聚合

摘    要:通过淤浆预聚对齐格勒-纳塔催化剂催化的苯乙烯预聚动力学规律和预聚条件对预聚物粒子形态的影响进行了系统的研究。结果表明苯乙烯在石油醚中的聚合速率是衰减型的,但随着溶液中甲苯含量的增加聚合速率曲线会出现增长型。聚苯乙烯的粒子形态与溶剂种类和单体浓度有很大关系。较适宜的预聚条件是在石油醚中单体浓度为0.6mol/L、温度为40℃和反映时间问40min。但由于受扩散控制严重,在石油醚中的聚合速率比较慢。

Abstract:The polymerization kinetics of styrene catalyzed by Ziegler-Natta catalyst and the effects of prepolymerization conditions on morphology of prepolymer particles were systemically studied. The results showed that the polymerization rate of styrene in petroleum ether was a kind of attenuation, but the rate apeared a kind of ascent with the content of toluene in solution. The particles morphology of polystyrene was much related to the types of solvent and concentration of monomer . The better particle morphology was gained only in the petroleum ether and lower monomer concentration, but the polymerization rate was slower in petroleum ether as controlled by the high diffusion.
