脱除紫茎泽兰毒素的食用菌菌株筛选初探

摘    要:本文通过将13种食用菌栽培在紫茎泽兰培养料上,栽培出品质较好的4种食用菌,同时利用食用菌本身含有的大量生物酶较好的脱除了紫茎泽兰中的有毒成分——泽兰酮。

Abstract:In this paper,13 types of edible mushrooms are cultivated in eupatorium adenophorum culture materials,and then 4 types of high-quality edible mushrooms are obtained;at the same time,eupatorium ketone,the toxic ingredients in eupatorium adenophorum,is removed by taking advantage of abundant biological enzymes which are contained in the edible mushroom.
