拓展实验教学平台 提高学生创新能力

摘    要:为适应新形势新阶段对材料学专业人才的需要,高校应从培养创新型人才、复合型人才的高度,将实验课程放在更加重要的位置,加大人力、财力、物力投入,引进优秀教师,购置先进教学仪器,倡导理论教学与实验教学相结合,出台实验教学创新的激励机制,鼓励教师探索全新的实验教学方式和实验室管理模式,营造良好的硬件和软件环境,以培养学生操作仪器设备的能力和创新创造能力。文中以扫描电镜实验教学为例,阐述如何在实验教学过程中拓展实验平台功能,提高实验教学的质量和水平。

Abstract:In the new institution,according to the need of material talents,for the purpose of developing innovative and compound talents,the colleges should put the experiment course into the important place even more,increase the input of manpower,material resources and financial capability,recommend superior teachers,buy advanced experimental equipment,advocate the combination of theory with experimental teaching,and announce the encouragement measures of experiment teaching innovation.At the same time,we can inaugurate the management model of laboratory and construct good environment in order to foster students' abilities of working instrument and innovating.This essay stated how to expand the action of lab platform and enhance the quality of experiment teaching with SEM experimental teaching.
