杂多钨酸催化合成丙烯酸丁酯

摘    要:报道了以12-钨磷酸为催化剂合成丙烯酸丁酯的最佳实验,并对杂多酸的催化活性和使用寿命进行初步的探讨,用气相色谱监测,合成产品用IR和HNMR鉴定,结果表明,用杂多酸催化酯化反应活性好、选择性高。

Abstract:Optimum experimental conditions for sythesizing acrylic butanol ester with 12 tungsten phosphoric acid as the catalyst have been obtained. The catalytic activity and repeatability of the heteropolyacids were studied preliminarily. The reaction process was monitored by gas chromatography. The synthesized product was identified by IR and HNMR. It is found that the catalytic activity and the selectivity of the heteropolyacids in esterfication are both good.
