| 摘 要： | 针对矿井废水水量大，我国水资源短缺的情况，运用GIS技术，建立水资源管理系统。水资源管理系统以现代的计算机技术为手段，采用系统工程、运筹学以及软件工程学的方法论，使得水质监测、评价、预测和管理决策水平有了质的飞跃。作者对水资源管理的发展，GIS技术在水资源管理中的应用作了详细的探讨。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the fact that mine waste water quantity is large and water resource of China is scarceauthor,by means of GIS technology, set up water resource management system. Water resource managementsystem resorts to modern computer technology, adopts system engineering, operational research and methodology of software engineering. This makes the level of water quality check, estimation, forecast and decision-making leap. Detailed discussion is made on the development of water resource management system and application of GIS technology in water resource management system. |
