我国教育产业结构的现状、原因与对策

教育不是消费,而是投资;教育业不是社会福利事业,而是一种产业。作为一种产业,它也应有一个合理的结构。我国当前的教育产业结构已明显失衡,主要表现在:初、中、高等教育发展不平衡,中等与高等教育单一化,高等教育内部层次结构与专业结构不合理,以及对师资要求脱离国情等几个方面。造成这种现象的原因有认识上的错误、投资的风险性、财政投入不足及市场失灵等。

Education isn't a consumption but an investment;educational industry isn't a public welfare but a kind of industry.As an industry,it ought to have a reasonable structure.Our present educational structure is obviously uneven which is reflected as follows:the development of primary,secondary and higher education is uneven;the secondary and higher education is simplistic;in higher education,the administrative structure and specialities struc- ture are unreasonable;the requirement of teachers is not fit for the national condition.The reasons are mistakes in understanding,risk of investment,shortage of financial investment and the market being out of work,etc..
