铝对茶树叶片显微结构的影响

摘    要:采用冰冻切片方法,研究了不同浓度铝胁迫对知青早茶和白茶叶片显微结构的影响.结果发现,知青早茶在Al^3+浓度为0.1mmol/L时叶片栅栏组织出现空隙,而白茶则在Al^3+浓度为0.5mmol/L时才出现空隙,表明知青早茶叶片显微结构对Al胁迫比白茶更为敏感,提示茶树的耐铝特性存在基因型差异;且随着Al^3+浓度的增加,茶树叶片栅栏组织细胞排列趋向疏松、空隙增大,海绵组织细胞排列无序程度增加.

Abstract:The effect of Al on the microstructure of Bai tea(Camellia sinensis) and Zhiqing tea leaves was observed with cryo-sectioning.With the increase of Al concentration,not only the palisade cells became more loosely arranged,but also spongy cells became more irregularly ranked,lacuna was found in palisade cells as well as in spongy cells.Lacuna occurred in palisade and spongy cells of Zhiqing tea leaves under c(Al~(3+))=0.1 mmol/L treatment,but it occurred in Bai tea leaves under c(Al~(3+))=0.1 mmol/L treatment,indicating that Zhiqing tea was more sensitive to Al stress.These results also suggested that there were differences of Al-tolerance among genotypes in tea plant.
