摘    要:为解决磨溪气田的腐蚀问题,研制了油溶性成膜缓蚀剂CZ3-1与水溶挥发性缓蚀剂CZ3—3,并将其复配使用.在室内采用常压、80℃静态试验和高压(高H2S气体分压、高CO2气体分压)、80℃静态试验评价了CZ3—1和CZ3—3复合使用时于含H2S、CO2、Cl-及高矿化度等腐蚀介质中的缓蚀作用;在现场试验中采用了加拿大卡普罗克(CaProco)腐蚀监测系统考察了CZ3—1和CZ3—3复合使用时对气井地下管串及井口设施的缓蚀效果.室内评价及现场监测均表明CZ3—1和CZ3—3复合使用时在含H2S、CO2、Cl-及高矿化度等腐蚀介质中有良好的缓蚀效果.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of corrosion in Moxi Gas Field, a oilsoluable corrosion inhibitor CZ3-1 and a volatile watersoluable corrosion inhibitor CZ3-3 were developed. The laboratory static tests of their compound in the medium containing H 2S,CO 2 and Cl - and the medium with high saltiness were made under the condition of 80℃ and normal pressure and the condition of 80℃ and high pressure (high H 2S and CO 2 fractional pressures). The corrosion inhibiting effectiveness of the compound to the sunken pipe and well head equipments in gas wells is examined by the field testing in which CaProco corrosion monitoring system made in Canada was used. The laboratory and field tests all show that the compound has a good corrosion inhibiting effectiveness in the media.
