摘    要:简述零件形体热变形在科研及生产中的实际意义。指出现行热膨胀计算的局限性,并提出形体参数对零件热膨胀变形的影响不容忽视。通过理论及实验初步分析了形体参数热膨胀系数与热膨胀系数的关系;对零件形体因素引起的热膨胀与通常计算的热膨胀值的关系也从试验上进行了初步探讨。

Abstract:This paper briefly describes the significance of thermal deformation in scientific research and production. It points out the limitations of the traditional method for calculating the thermal expansion and the important effect of geometrical parameter on the thermal expansion deformation of mechanical parts. The relationship between the geometrifcal body parameter and the thermal expansion coefficient is analyzed through theoretical discussion and experiments. A preliminary investigation into the relationship between the value of thermal expansion due to the geometrical parameter and the value of traditional thermal expansion has been curried out through experiments.
