| Abstract: | By analyzing the cases of the project management in Pudong International Airport and Shanghai Maglev Transportation Line, some ideas and experience of public investment projects management were summarized from the project plan, design and construction. And the basic management models of public investment projects were probed, which can be effectively applied in other similar projects. |
