摘    要:现行图书馆绩效考核存在某些缺陷,而应用胜任力理论与方法进行图书馆绩效考核具有鲜明的优势与特点。本文探索基于胜任力模型的图书馆绩效考核方法与操作流程,旨在推动图书馆绩效考核工作的优化。

Abstract:There are some disadvantages in the existing model of performance appraisal in library,and the application of theory and method of competence in the performance appraisal of library has distinct advantages and characteristics.This article explores the methods and operational procedures of performance appraisal in library based on competency model to help the library to optimize performance appraisal work.
