| 摘 要： | 本文对贵州的野生松乳菇进行了有关生物学特性、化学成分、食用添加剂及食用菌产品开发研究。研究表明 :松乳菇所含对人体有益成分如蛋白质、氨基酸和微量元素 P、K、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn等比较全面。在此基础上进行了菌物性食用添加剂和食用菌产品开发研究

| Abstract: | A study has been on the specific properties of biololgy, chemical compositions and product development of Lactarius delicious (L:Fr) Gray. The results are as follows. There has been amino acid and microelements Cu?Zn?Fe?Mn?Ca?Mg?Na?K?P?Si, ect. in the Lactarius delicious (L:Fr) Gray. There are 5 kind of products of the edible mushroom. |
