| 摘 要： | 目前，我国电子商务有了一定的发展，各种电子商务平台不断涌现，而电子商务的最后环节，要依靠物流配送来完成，这就为第三方物流的发展提供了一个很好的发展机遇，第三方物流公司也应该抓住这千载难逢之机，及时调整自己的运作方式，提高服务水平，只有这样才能在激烈的行业竞争中立于不败之地。

| Abstract: | Now E-commerce in China has formed a certain size, and there are a lot of E-commerce platforms. The last segment of E- commerce depends on the logistics delivery, which give a chance of third-party logistics. Third-party logistics companies should adjust operating mode and improve serving level in order to win over their emulants in the intense competition. |
