摘    要:硝化纤维素是双基火药的主要成份由天然纤维素经硝化反应生成,以线型结构为主,具有高分子材料的基本性能,是重要的化工原料,由此可以开发生成摄影胶片,塑料及涂料等系列产品。所以从双基废火药中提取硝化纤维素有着重要的意义,本文介绍了从双基废火药中提取低含氮量硝化纤维素的实验过程,并对基理进行了一些探讨。

Abstract:Nitrocellulose is the main component of gun propellant. It is made from natural cellulose by nitrification. Nitrocellulose has mainly a linear strucfure. Its properties are similar to that of synthetic polymers and can be used to make photographic films, plastics, caatiings and etc. Therefore, extracting low nitrogen nitro cellulose from waste gun propellant is of significance. The details of laboratory investigation is reported,and its mechanism discussed.
