深入贯彻落实科学发展观，对坚持和发展中国特色社会主义具有重大现实意义和深远历史意义。然而，践行科学发展观，不是一个自然的过程，而是一个高度自觉的过程，关键是要将科学发展观转化为广大党员干部的内在素质，转化为广大干部特别是各级领导干部的世界观方法论，转化为各级党委和政府执政理念，转化为符合科学发展要求的政策措施等。只有实现转化，贯彻科学发展观才能真正落到实处。
