基于分层思想的配电网负荷转供算法

摘    要:配电网供电恢复的主要目的是在保证支路不过载、电压不越限、电网呈辐射状这三个约束条件下以较少的开关操作尽可能多地恢复失电负荷,并尽量使网损最小。在分层供电树基础上,结合恢复切割思想,提出一种实时算法;该算法将整个计算过程分为离线和在线计算两个部分。首先在离线计算部分中做好相应的准备工作,即对系统进行拓扑分层,并计算一阶负荷矩,然后再根据故障信息进行在线计算。通过分层树的切割方法计算得出非故障失电区的负荷转带方案。最后根据各个方案的负荷转移量、开关操作次数和网损等指标进行方案的优选比较。通过研究和算例分析可以看出将整个算法过程分为离线和在线计算两个部分可以提高算法的在线计算效率,能有效地满足负荷转供的实时性。

Abstract:The main purpose of power distribution network power supply recovery is less switch operation as much as possible to restore lose electric load, and try to make the minimum network loss. There are three constraints: no more current and voltage than limit in each branch, no ring in this Distribution network. A new distribution network power supply recovery algorithm is proposed which is based on combining the thought of layered power supply tree with cutting restore tree. This algorithm consists of two sections: off-line computation and on-line computation. First, will this system stratification topology in off-line computation. Second, get these schemes buy using this Layered tree cutting algorithm. The last , compare these schemes with each other according to three indexes that are the recovered load, the switch times and the network loss of incremental. Through the research and analysis, we can find that this algorithm can Increase calculation efficiency and meet the real-time of distribution network power supply recovery algorithm.
