论导师素质与工科研究生创新能力培养的关系

摘    要:创新能力是研究生教育质量的重要标志.培养研究生的创新能力是一个循序渐进的过程,根据工科研究生创新能力的培养目标和多年的教学实践经验,提出工科研究生创新能力培养的"五个层次"结构模式.其中,研究生导师发挥着重要作用,其素质的高低与研究生创新能力的培养有着非常密切的关系:导师创新意识和教育理念是前提,治学态度和道德素养是保证,学术水平和科研能力是关键,教学技能和指导方式是核心.

Abstract:Innovation capacity is an important indicator of quality of graduate education. It is a gradual process to train such capability of graduate students. Based on the training goal for engineering graduate students and teaching practice in number of years, this paper suggests a "five level" model, in which, tutor plays a significant role. The relationship between tutor's quality and developing for innovative ability can be described as follows; tutor's innovative awareness and education philosophy is the premise of the later, his scholarly attitude and moral qualities is the guarantee, his academic lever and research capability is the key, his teaching skills and guidance approach is the core.
