摘    要:以尖-板SF6间隙为研究对象,建立了空间电荷对间隙电场畸变的模型.通过分析和数学推导,给出了冲击电压上升率与流注向先导转变时延的关系,并进行了相应的计算.实验结果验证了所建立的模型的合理性.

Abstract:A model is developed for the gap electric field distortion of space charges. Discharge characteristics are described for point plane gaps in SF 6. Based on theoretical analysis and mathematical deduction, a relation is developed for the impulse rising rate and the delay time of streamer to leader transition. Results are given for impulses with different front durations, and the proposed model is verified experimentally.
