P(St—HEMA)/PPrO共混体系浊化的膜厚效应

摘    要:用自由基溶液聚合的方法合成了苯乙烯和甲基丙烯酸β-羟乙酯共聚物(P(Pt-HEMA),简称SH6)将其与聚环氧丙烷(PPrO,简称N330)共混,利用液浇铸法制备共混物薄膜,通过测定不同膜厚的SH6-N330共混体系的浊点,研究了薄膜厚度对SH6-N330共混体系浊化的影响,并利用逾渗机制建立了浊点值与薄膜厚度之间的定量关系,结果表明这一理论与实验数据相符合。

Abstract:The free radical copolymerization method is employed to synthesize Poly(styrene 2 hydroxyethl methacrylate)(simplified SH6). Blent films are prepared through this coplymer and polypropylene oxide(PPrO) and casted to form pieces of glass. By measuring the turbidity temperature, the effect of film thickness on miscibility of P(St HEMA)/PPrO blend film on glass is examined. A percolation model is proposed to explain the observations.
