| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种便携式真空加载剪切电视全息无损检测系统，该系统用于大面积铝蒙皮蜂窝结构航空复合材料的无损检测．文中对系统结构及工作原理进行了描述，分析了真空加载无损检测的机理，得到了满意的检测结果．

| Abstract: | A portable vacuum load shearing TV holography non destructive testing system is presented in this paper. This inspection system can be employed in off stick defects testing for large scale aluminum coated honeycomb structure of aeronautical composite. The working principle and the configuration of the system are described. The mechanism of vacuum loading measurement is analyzed. Satisfied results have been obtained with this testing system. |
