大型轴系摩擦学及动力学设计的知识表达方法

摘    要:为使轴系在概念设计或方案设计阶段能运用数字仿真所得到的知识,文中提出了一种敏度矩阵的知识表达方法.提出的敏度矩阵包括参数敏度矩阵、方案敏度矩阵以及特征敏度矩阵,实践表明用它们可简明、有效地表达轴系摩擦学、动力学设计的仿真知识.应用实例针对实际大型汽轮发电机组轴系求得了敏度矩阵,并得到轴系稳定性较佳的系统方案.

Abstract:In this paper a knowlege representation method by sensitivity matrix is proposed in order to use knowledge acquired from numerical simulation in stage of conception design or scheme design of the rotor bearing system. The sensitivity matirix includes parameter sensitivity matrix, scheme sensitivity matrix and feature sensitivity matrix. Pactice shows that they can concisely and effectively represent imitation knowledge of tribological and dynamic design of the rotor bearing system. As an example, the sensitivity matrices of a large turbine generator set were given. From the sensitivity matrices, a disign scheme which has better stability of rotor bearing system is obtained.
