三维传热对推力轴承温度分布影响的研究

摘    要:针对油膜和瓦体界面上边界条件不确定的对流-导热耦合问题,对推力轴承的油膜和瓦体系统,构造了相应的三维传热计算数学模型,提出了在界面上分区实施温度连续和热流密度连续的逐步迭代求解方法,并对推力轴承的油膜温度分布和瓦面温度分布进行了分析研究。研究表明:三维计算不仅能揭示油膜层与层之间的温度变化关系,同时还能准确地反映瓦面实际温度分布。

Abstract:A conjugate solution method is used where temperature and heat flux continuity are invoked at the interface in contrast to the discontinuous interface boundary conditions for the oil film and thepad in a thrust bearing. Three dimensional calculations are made to obtain the oil film temperature and the pad wall temperature distribution. It is thought that the three dimensional calculated modeling not only revealed the relation of temperature variation between oil film layer and oil film layer, but also exactly reflected real temperature distribution in thepad.
