铝对FeN薄膜结构和磁学特性的影响

摘    要:铝的添加使FeN薄膜变成非晶,并在FeAlN薄膜中形成某些柱状物,材料粒度变小,FeAlN薄膜矫顽力也变小.多层膜的效果,阻断了微粒沿垂直于膜面方向的生长,从而进一步降低其矫顽力.同时铝的添加,也增加了样品饱和磁化强度的热稳定性.

Abstract:Owing to the addition of aluminium, FeN film becomes amorphous and some columns form in FeA1N film. The decrease of material grain size leads to the decrease of coercive force of FeA1N film. The effect of multilayer films is to prevent the grains from growing along the direction perpendicular to the film surface,thus the coercive force of material further decreases. Simultaneously, the addition of aluminium increases the thermal stability of the saturation magnetization of the samples.
