含氮试剂调节异丁烯阳离子聚合中TiCl4的反应级数

摘    要:分别研究了在N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMA)、吡啶(PY)或三乙胺(TEA)等不同种类的含氮试剂(ED)存在下,H2O/TiCl4体系引发异丁烯(IB)阳离子聚合的反应动力学,探讨了在不同ED条件下TiCl4浓度对聚合反应的表观增长速率常数(kAp)的影响,从而求出了TiCl4在聚合反应中的反应级数。实验结果表明,随着TiCl4浓度的增加,聚合反应转化率增加,聚合速率加快,在添加给电子性强的DMA、PY或TEA时,聚合速率与TiCl4浓度均呈现一级动力学关系。

Abstract:The kinetic study of the cationic polymerization of isobutylene ( IB) using H2O/ TiCl4 initiating system in the presence of the reagents containing nitrogen ( ED) in CH2Cl2 solvent was conducted at - 30 ℃. The reaction order with respect to TiCl4 was investigated in the polymerization of IB when different EDs , such as pyridine (PY) ,N ,N-dimethylacetamide (DMA) , or triethylamine ( TEA) was added respectively. The experimental results show that the conversion and polymerization rate increase with TiCl4 concent ration. A first-order dependence on TiCl4 concent ration was observed in the presence of DMA , PY or TEA with high donorcity.
