| 摘 要： | 运用自编的“保险营销人员心理素质测评量表”对223名保险营销人员进行测试，并对测试结果进行统计分析，提出我国保险营销人员基本心理素质结构应该包括的四项内容：自我调控能力、成就动机、社会适应性、创造性。进一步的研究还表明，该问卷具有较好的信度和效度，可以作为选拔和评价保险营销人员时的有效测评工具之一。

| Abstract: | Questionnaire have been used in the research. With 223 insurance sellers as research objects, I have collected 202 useful questionnaires. After the data have been analyzed by using SAS software, we get the result that insurance sellers' psychological disposi- tion including 4 Tactors: self- regulation and self- control, achievement motives, social adaptation, creativity. In addition, A insurance seller's psychological disposition have effect on his insurance performance. |
