考虑允许缺货的供货商与销售商联合生产库存模型

在已有的供货商与销售商联合生产库存模型中,假定销售商不允许缺货或者销售商允许缺货,但是在相邻2次订购时间间隔内的缺货量是相同的;文章放松了上述的假定,建立了可变缺货量下的供货商与销售商联合生产库存模型,给出了寻求最优生产和供货策略的简单方法;并且用数字实例证实了该单供货商单销售商联合库存模型所得到的最优平均总费用优于已有的此类模型。

Production inventory model for a one-vendor one-buyer integrated system with shortages

The existing vendor-buyer integrated production inventory models are established on the assumptions that the shortages are not allowed to occur for the buyer or allowed to occur and the backlogging quantity between two successive order intervals within a production cycle are the same.In this paper,the assumptions above-mentioned are relaxed and a production inventory model for one-vendor multi-buyer integrated system is developed with the variable backlogging quantity considered.A simple solution procedure is presented for finding the optimal production and shipment policies.Numerical examples verify that the shipment policy of the single-vendor single-buyer integrated production inventory model can yield a lower cost solution as compared to the existing ones.
