| 摘 要： | 结合1栋带结构转换层的高层商住楼的建筑结构设计，详细介绍了其结构布置、抗震加强措施、基础设计以及相应的计算分析结果。并给出了基础施工建议．强调了抗震概念设计的重要性，并建议用概念设计的理念去指导建筑方案设计.

| Abstract: | Combined structural design of a tall building with transfer story, aesign and construction method of foundation of the building are advanced. The structure layout, construction method and calculating results meet the needs of Chinese-Code. The importance of asismic concept design is emphasized and it is advanced that architecture scheme must be directed by concept design for perfect program. |
