| 摘 要： | 介绍了人力资源管理信息系统的发展概况，结合国内外人力资源管理的规范和理论，提出了设计HRMIS的目标和原则，给出了一套可行的HRMIS的应用方案设计框架，并结合HRMIS成功模型阐述了其设计和实施中需要注意的若干问题。
