TiO2纳米管薄膜的制备与光学性能研究

摘    要:用阳极氧化法以NH4F和含水丙三醇作电解液在室温条件下制备TiO2纳米管薄膜。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)和紫外可见光谱分析(UV-Vis)对纳米管薄膜的结构与性能进行表征,研究阳极氧化电压、退火处理对TiO2纳米管薄膜形貌的影响。研究结果表明:随着阳极氧化电压的增高纳米管直径增大,当阳极氧化电压为70V,80V,90V,100V时制备的纳米管直径为143nm,167nm,191nm,215nm;在阳极氧化电压为100V、退火温度为380℃时制备出的TiO2纳米管薄膜的吸收性能最好,其吸收率在紫外光区达到92%。

Abstract:TiO2 nanotubes films were fabricated by electrochemical anodization of Ti in aqueous and glycerin electrolytes containing NH4F at room temperature.The structure and performance of the TiO2 nanotubes films were investigated by SEM,XRD and UV-Vis.It was studied that the influences of the parameters for the preparation of TiO2 nanotubes films on the micrograph of the material,such as anodizing voltage and annealing temperature.The result shows the diameter of TiO2 nanotube was increased with anodizing voltage enhauced.When anodizing voltage is 70,80,90 and 100 V,the diameter was 143,167,191 and 215 nm respectively.The absorption rate of the TiO2 nanotubes film reached the top as 92% in ultraviolet region with 380 ℃ of the annealing temperature and 100 V of the anodizing voltage.
