渐开线零齿差内啮合副设计

摘    要:将渐开线零齿差内啮合副用于电动潜油螺杆泵减速器以实现其偏心传动,经过多次试验发现,齿顶强度最弱,采用遗传算法以齿顶厚系数为优化目标对渐开线零齿差内啮合副进行设计,然后结合具体加工工艺对变位系数进行修正,最后经过试验得出此设计方法能够很好的满足强度条件和传动要求。

Abstract:The zero-tooth-difference internal gear is usually used in reducer of electric submersible screw pumps to realize eccentric transmission. The strength of tip circle is discovered to be the weakest within repetitious test. Considering the above condition, genetic algorithm which use coefficients of tooth thickness of tip circle as optimization target to design the zero-tooth-difference internal engage pair is introduced. Combined with specific processing technology, the method is accordingly amended based on the pilot design. As a conclusion of various experiments, both the strength condition and transmission requirement can be well met when utilize this method.
