基于UG/MFC的复杂弯曲件回弹修正算法研究

摘    要:针对复杂弯曲件拉弯成形过程中存在的效率低、精度差及回弹经验数据无法保存等不足,本文提出了一种基于圆弧逼近的空间样条三参数分段非均匀回弹修正算法,首先将样条线分段并把各段离散为切矢连续的一组圆弧,同时修改各组圆弧的曲率半径、挠率半径和扭转角等参数,从而达到对整根样条线回弹修正的目的。结合MFC利用UG/OPEN API编程实现了复杂弯曲件引导线回弹修正功能及其交互式用户界面。对汽车弯曲件应用实例结果表明,该方法可以有效地进行弯曲件三参数分段非均匀回弹修正,具有重要的工程应用价值。

Abstract:To solve the problem of complex bending parts extrusion forming, such as the low efficiency and accuracy, and the loss of modification experience data, the algorithm of three parameters segment springback modification based on arc approximation is put forward. First, centroidline is divided into arc sections according to the requirement, and each section is modified based on presumptive correcting factor of radius, torsion and roll angle. Then a modified function and human-machine interface based on UG re-development are developed with UG/OPEN API and MFC. Finally the practice result shows that the method is use of the bending parts three parameters segment springback modification, which is worthy for practical engineering project.
