摘    要:复合材料加筋结构在制造过程中往往会存在不同形式的初始分层损伤,这些初始分层损伤都会在不同程度上影响结构的承载能力。本文采用两种本构关系的粘接元模拟粘接良好界面和分层界面胶膜。并对含不同损伤面积、不同损伤形状、不同损伤位置的加筋单元进行了面外拉伸分析,得到了剩余强度与损伤参数之间的关系。对于复合材料的损伤与失效,本文采用了Cuntze失效准则及Puck刚度退化模型,较好的模拟了复合材料失效及刚度退化过程。模拟结果和试验结果吻合较好,证明了本文中算法的有效性。

Abstract:During the manufacturing process,there are various forms of initial delamination,which damage affects the carrying capacity of the structure in varying degrees.Two kinds of cohesive elements are used which are used to the damage interface and no-damage interface,and investigate into the reinforcement element which contains different damage size,different damage shapes and different damage position.The relationship between the residual strength and the damage variables are established.For the failure of composite materials,the Cuntze failure criterion and the puck stiffness degradation model are adopt,which can be better simulated that the process of the failure of the composite material.The result between the simulation and the experimentation agree well with each other,which proves the effectiveness of the arithmetic.
