水平粉尘爆轰管上的扬尘方法研究

摘    要:为新建成的内径158mm、长23m水平粉尘爆轰管发展了一种新的扬尘技术,并在此爆轰管上进行了弱点火条件下微细铝粉——空气混合物的爆轰波实验研究。结果表明,这种扬尘方法结构简单、操作方便、可靠性好、均匀性与悬浮时间等扬尘特性也满足实验要求。

Abstract:A new dust dispersion technique has been developed fornewly built horizontal dust detonation tube with inside diameter158mm and total length 23m. Detonation experiments of fine alu-minum-air mixture have been finished under weak ignition condi-tions in this tube. The results indicate that the structure of this dustdispersion method is simple, operation is convenient, reliability isgood, and the characteristics of dust dispersion, such as homogeneityand suspension time, meet the requirements of experiments.
