摘    要:介绍了新近发展的近场扫描光学显微镜系统中光纤探针的成象原理和作用,并从光纤探针的结构、截止频率的估算和耦合效率等方面对影响探针中成象信号传输的几个设计因素进行了理论探讨。

Abstract:The imaging principle and effects of optical fiber probe in near field scanning optical microscopy(NOSE) have been introduced in this paper. Some design factor affecting the transform of imaging information, such as the structure of optical fiber probes, the estimates of cutting frequency and coupling efficiency, etc. have been theoretically discussed.
