摘    要:建立了多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)修饰玻碳电极,差分脉冲伏安法测定氯霉素(CAP)的新方法,并应用于氯霉素眼药水的测定.实验结果表明,在0.1 mol/LNaOH体系中氯霉素在多壁碳纳米管修饰电极上的催化还原峰电流大于裸电极上的还原峰电流.CAP浓度在2.9×10-5~2.0×10-4mol/L范围内与峰电流成线性关系,检出限为5.0×10-6mol/L,线性相关系数(r)为0.9901,相对标准偏差(RSD%,n=7)为1.55%.

Abstract:The paper reports a quantitative analysis for determination of chloramphenicol(CAP) using the MWCNT modifiedelectrode by dpv,and using to determine the CAP of CAP drops.In the medium of 0.1 mol/LNaOH solution,the peak electric current on the MWCNT modified electrode is larger than on the bare electrode.The oxidationcurrents were linear for CAP in the range of 2.9×10~(-5)~2.0×10~(-4) mol/L,and the detection limit was calculated to be 5.0×10~(-6) mol/L,with a correlation coefficient r 0.9901.RSD% is 1.55.
