地下无轨设备液压油箱的典型设计

摘    要:地下无轨设备使用工况具有某些特殊性,作为液压系统的一个重要辅件液压油箱设计的好坏往往影响整个液压系统的性能。这里主要从就地下无轨设备这一领域,全面地介绍设计液压油箱的一般设计方法,如何确定液压油箱容量,采取何种散热方式满足油温使用要求,油箱通常的结构形式和油箱辅件的选配原则和布置方式。

Abstract:Underground trackless equipment has certain peculiarities of working conditions, the hydraulic tank as an important auxiliaries of hydraulic system, its design quality often affect the performance of the entire hydraulic system. Here mainly on underground trackless equipment in this field, comprehensively introduces the general design method of hydraulic oil tank, how to determine the hydraulic tank: capacity, in the way to meet oil cooling requirements, the normally structural form of fuel tank and the auxiliary of fuel tank matching principle and arrangement.
