| Abstract: | This paper introduces the domestic and foreign regulations of the rational use of the library under the networked environment,analyzes some regulations related to the rational use of the library in the "Regulations of Protection of Information Network Dissemination Right";and points out the shortage of the rational usufruct of the library and puts forward some measures for the rational use of the library. |
