Maslach倦怠量表在医生中的修订及应用分析

针对中国医生群体的实际情况,修订Maslach倦怠量表,并且讨论它的应用价值。方法：采用修订后的Maslach倦怠量表对来自5所医院的108位医生进行施测并对量表进行信、效度分析。新增维度与情感耗竭、人格解体呈正相关,与个人成就感呈负相关;总量表的Cronbach’s系数为0.683,情绪耗竭、个人成就感、人格解体以及社会支持诉求3个分量表的Cronbach’s的系数分别为0.839,0.710,0.694,0.610,均大于0.6,达到了可以接受的标准。结论：修订后的量表可以从更加多元的角度来预测和评价医生的工作倦怠情况。

Revision and Application of MBI Survey in Chinese Doctor

Objective： To revise Maslach Burnout Inventory Survey in the background of doctors in China, and explore its applied value. Methods： 108 doctors from five hospitals were assessed by the revised MBI. Result： There is high positive correlation in emotional exhaustion,depersonaliza- tion and the new factor. Cronbach＇ s of the inventory is 0.683, and Cronbach＇s of four subscale are separately 0.839,0.710,0.694,0.610 which could be accepted as they are all above 0.6.Conclusion： The revised inventory could be used as an effective tool to predict and evaluate doctors＇ job burnout.
