| 摘 要： | 处于转型期的新建本科院校图书馆服务存在着借书率和阅读量锐减,被动服务,信息技术应用水平低,人员素质停滞不前等的问题,图书馆通过改善服务环境、提升服务理念、转变服务模式、拓展服务内容、增强技术含量、提高图书馆人的素养,满足广大师生教学和科学研究需要。

| Abstract: | During the period of transition,There are some problem in library service in newly- established universities,such as,borrowing rate and reading volume declined,passive service,the information technology application level is low,the personnel quality remain stagnant,the library through improve the service environment,enhance the service concept,change the service mode,service contents,strengthening extension technology content,enhance the library human accomplishment,meet the majority of teachers and students in teaching and scientific research. |
