摘    要:
在汽车维修具体实务中,故障树分析(FTA)方法几乎不被使用,其主要原因在于:一是它无法吸收、反馈维修经验;二是其相对复杂,不易被维修一线员工接受和使用.经验反馈简化故障树分析(EFSFTA)方法在传统方法中加入了经验反馈机制,吸收并表达了维修经验的作用.EFSFTA同时简化了符号集,将传统FTA中的一些在汽车维修实务中可以不用的符号集和逻辑运算取消,只留下4个基本的事件和逻辑运算符号.改进后的EFSFTA方法使用简单、易被接受,且能够提高故障诊断效率,规范诊断流程,确保汽车维修质量.

Abstract:
This paper discusses the improvement of fault tree analysis (ErA) in the vehicle maintenance practice. FFA should be widely used in the vehicle maintenance areas, but it almost can not be found in reality. The main reasons include: Firstly, FFA lacks efficient method to absorb and feedback maintenance experience, which is the primary defect of FFA; Secondly, FI'A is relatively complicated to front-line service staff in the automobile service stations, and most of them tend to refuse it. The experience feedback simpli- fied fault tree analysis(EFSFTA) adds the experience feedback mechanism into traditional/VIA fault tree. EFSVI'A can absorb and express the role of maintenance experience. EFSFTA simplifies the symbol set, and removes some symbols and logical operations of the traditional b-TA which are not used in the automotive maintenance practice, leaving only four basic events and logical operators. The improved EFSb-TA is simple to use and easily accepted. It can improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis and standardize diagnostic procedures and ensure high maintenance quality.
