基于MIMICS的含内腔结构零件逆向设计

摘    要:对具有复杂内腔结构的发动机零件实体进行了逆向工程设计.首先利用工业CT机对含有内腔结构的发动机零件进行扫描;将扫描的截面图片导入医学软件MIMICS中,并导出转换为STL格式的云点模型;利用大型设计软件CATIA的逆向设计功能,将云点图像转换为三维实体模型.通过上述方法,实现了对含有内腔结构的发动机零件进行了逆向设计,得到了发动机零件的实际结构尺寸,解决了激光扫描只能扫描零件外表面轮廓的不足,可用于其他具有复杂内腔结构零件的逆向设计.但由于CT扫描图片的精度偏低,因此,需对模型进行处理后才能用于工程实际加工.
