摘    要:
本文探讨了人们长期争论的三点测圆形状失真问题,提出了与信号最高谐波次数N_b 及采样点数N 无关的、仅由测量系统本身结构特性决定的固有频次N_0的概念,从而找到了失真的根本原因,并得出当N_b、N_0、N三者满足一定关系时,形状失真是完全可以避免的。

Abstract:
The long controversial problem of profile distortion in three-point roundnessmeasurement is studied,starting from conditions of solution of the basicequations.The authors put forward a new concept-intrinsic frequency N_0,whichis determined solely by the structural characteristics of the measuring system,and is independent of N_b-the highest frequency of the signal and N-the numberof sampling points.Thereby the underlying cause of profile distortion isuncovered;and it is found that when N_0,N_b and N satisfy a specific relation,the profile distortion can be avoided.
