摘    要:基于鼠笼良好的环向对称性及结构紧凑等特点,提出了一种用于转子系统振动控制的新型鼠笼式调谐质量阻尼器(TMD)。通过有限元计算设计了这种质量阻尼器的结构,以转子一阶临界转速下的频率为目标频率进行振动控制,对TMD的质量、笼条数量、笼条直径、笼条长度等参数进行了设计;之后对所选取的3种TMD结构进行了模态分析,并通过转子动力学仿真,模拟了这3种结构的减振性能;最后搭建了转子实验台,验证了所设计的鼠笼式调谐质量阻尼器能够有效控制转子系统过临界时的不平衡响应,降振幅度达到34.6%。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of a cage structure-such as good symmetry and compact structure-a new cage tuned mass damper (TMD) for controlling the vibration of a rotor system has been proposed. The structure of the TMD was analyzed using the finite element software Ansys. The parameters of the TMD, such as mass, number of cage spokes, diameter of cage spokes and length of cage spokes were designed. Then a modal analysis of three selected TMDs was carried out, and their vibration damping performances were simulated by rotor dynamics simulation software. Finally, a rotor test rig was constructed and the effectiveness of the TMD in controlling the vibration of a rotor system was confirmed, with the reduction in the amplitude of vibration being 34.6%.
