哈萨克族经济转型中的贫富差距调查——以胡阿根村哈萨克族为例

哈萨克族是个古老的游牧民族，近20年来，哈萨克族由游牧转向定居。由传统的较为单一的畜牧业生产向农牧并举、多种经营结合的经济发展方向转变，牧区哈萨克族的生活、生产水平得到大幅度的提高。然而在经济转型的过程中，贫富差距也凸显出来。建立农牧区的医疗保障制度，农牧并举，多种经营，转变观念，是当地哈萨克族民族乡脱贫与进一步富裕的基本条件。

Survey to the Disparity between the Poor and the Rich in Kazak Society

Kazak is a nomadic nationality with a long history. In the recent twenty years, Kazak began to transform from a nomadic to a settle-down living style. In the course of this transformation from simplex nomadic economy to an economy of nomadic and agricultural majored with multi-business, the living standard is promoted highly. While it develops, the disparity between the poor and the rich becomes obvious. Establishing medical treatment system to guarantee the health of those people, laying attention to both nomadism and agriculture with multi-business running and changing our notion are of primary importance in getting rid of the poor and making richer and richer.
