方以智在物理学上的成就及其研究方法

方以智(1611—1671)是我国明末清初的一位科学家和哲学家。他广泛研究物理学中的宇宙物理学、力学、光学、声学、热学、电学和磁学领域的许多现象和规律,反映出了当时我国物理学研究的水平。对西方自然科学,他注意学习其中正确的东西,又注意批评其中不正确的东西。他在物理学研究中注重怀疑、观察、实验、分析、推理等方法,至今仍有普遍意义。
