| 摘 要： | 采用一维量子波导理论，在给定节点处波函数的边界条件情况下，研究内切环介观结构中的电子输运特性．研究结果表明，电子透射几率随内环半径以及内外环半径差的改变均做周期性振荡。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper,the boundary condition of the wave function at an intersection is given.We study transport properties of electron in inscribed rings mesoscopic structure by quantum waveguide theory.We found that the transmission of electron oscillates periodically with changing the radius of inner ring r_2 or the difference of radiuses of inner and outer rings r_1-r_2. |
