基于双摄像头组合成像的钻孔成像系统

摘    要:为解决水平定向孔成像勘探任务中传统成像探管前后端易遭挤压而损坏的问题,同时不影响钻孔孔壁全景图的图像质量,设计了一套基于双摄像头组合成像的钻孔成像系统。在成像探管中部设计了两组高度不同、方向相反的180°圆柱缺口作为两摄像头的拍摄窗口,探管剩余部分作为支撑结构承受探管前后端压力,拍摄窗口合计视野范围覆盖360°孔壁,使用双摄像头组合成像算法首先同时对两个摄像头采集的孔壁图像进行单摄像头钻孔成像,得到两幅180°钻孔全景图,然后计算两幅180°钻孔全景图的纵向偏移量并拼接成360°孔壁全景图。经过系统测试与分析,该系统特制的探管结构能适用于水平定向孔成像勘探任务,并可获得图像质量良好的钻孔孔壁全景图,为水平孔钻孔成像系统的探管结构设计与成像算法提供了新思路。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that traditional probes are easy to be squeezed and damaged during horizontal drilling tasks, while not affecting the image quality of the panoramic view of the borehole wall, a borehole camera system based on integral imaging of dual-camera is designed. In the middle of the imaging probe tube, two sets of 180° cylindrical gaps with different heights and opposite directions were designed as the shooting windows of the two cameras, the remaining part of the probe tube was used as a supporting structure to bear the pressure at the front and rear ends of the probe tube, and the total field of view of the shooting window covers 360° of the hole wall. The algorithm of integral imaging of dual-camera firstly performed single-camera drilling imaging on the hole wall images collected by two cameras at the same time, and then calculated the longitudinal offset of the two 180° drilling panoramas and splicing two 180° drilling panoramic images into a 360° panoramic view of the hole wall. The result of system testing and analysis show that the probe is suitable for the horizontal hole drilling task and obtain a panoramic view of the borehole wall with good image quality. This system provides a new idea for the probe structure design and imaging algorithm of the horizontal hole drilling imaging system.
