挖掘机最大理论挖掘力的确定

摘    要:运用矢量方法推导了任意工况和姿态下的理论挖掘力计算公式,提出了借助于优化方法确定挖掘机最大理论挖掘力及其姿态的新思想和新方法。通过实例分析计算,验证了这种方法的可行性,为分析计算挖掘机的挖掘力及其相应姿态提供了理论依据和新的计算方法。

Abstract:It is difficult to make sure the position and the operating cases of the maximum digging force by means of the traditional methods, which belongs to an uncertain factor and a latent affection factors to the structural intensity of working devices and the reliability of whole machine. In this paper, the calculating formulas of the theoretical digging force of arbitrary operational case and pose has been derived by the vector method, and the new idea in de- termining it and the pose of excavator based on optimizing method have been brought forward. By means of analysis and calculation of actual example, its feasibility has been proved, which has provided the theoretical foundation and new calculating method for analyzing the digging forces and the corresnonding noses.
