| 摘 要： | 基于Jackson的连接模型,将合作费用加入到企业合作网络中,并引入议价能力来表示其大小。议价能力体现了合作企业间资源的差异程度。研究分析表明,议价能力的优势可以使企业通过收取合作费用来剥夺其他企业的合作收益;拥有强议价能力的企业可以采取适当的议价策略来吸引其他企业的合作,同时,第一个和它合作的企业要付出较高的合作费用,第二个合作企业付出最低的合作费用,之后费用逐渐递增。

| Abstract: | Based on Jackson's connection model,a firm's cooperation network with cooperation fee is analyzed and the ability of negotiation is used to denote its value. The ability of negotiation represents the degree of the difference in resources between two firms. A firm with the advantage in the ability of negotiation can deprive others of the cooperation income by cooperation fee.
