摘    要:三种不同生态型大米草无论在对照还是在温度胁迫下,其5叶期植株叶片内MDH和POD同工酶存在一定的差异。

Abstract:The marked difference in the spectral pattern of iszymes MDH and POD of 3 eco- types of Spartina anglica Hubbard with untreated controls and temperature stressees are ob- served. The change of isozyme patterns in ecotype L and ecotype E tended to be identical .and distinguishable from ecotype P under temperature stresses, which coincided with cold-tolerant characteristics of ecotype L and ecotype E, while the change of isozyme patterns in ecotype P suggested its characteristics of heat tolerance. Similar changes are shown in the patterns of POD isozymes between ecotype L and ecotype P with NaCl stress, differing from that of ecotype E. No significant differences are observed in the patterns of POD isozymes among 3 ecotypes treat- ed with immersion. The study suggested that the differentiation of 3 ecotypes based physically on the differentiation of regulator genes with the same structural genes.
